There are a number of issues that could be causing the unit to not blow cool or hot air. Please see below for troubleshooting solutions.
- There may be direct sunlight in the room causing enough heat to prevent the cool air from feeling as effective.
- Hot or cold air from outside may be getting into the room through the vent. This will prevent proper cooling.
- Inspect and check the air inlet and outlet for proper installation or if anything is obstructing.
- Windows or doors in the room are open or not closed properly. Make sure all windows and doors are closed.
- There may be other heat sources in the room. Remove or turn off any alternate heat sources if possible.
- Temperature setting is too high (low for heating). Decrease the set temperature.
- Air filter is blocked by dust and debris. Clean or replace the air filter.
- Is the indoor fan speed too low for cooling? Set to higher speed.
